Baldassaro "Bill" Di Capo
Mr. Di Capo’s practice is concentrated in energy, business, and real estate law. Mr. Di Capo is a former senior regulatory counsel for the California Independent System Operator, having served as the company’s generator interconnection counsel, providing legal support for policy and tariff development of the company’s interconnection tariffs, interconnection agreement negotiation, and interconnection customer queue management functions. Mr. Di Capo also represented the ISO in matters before the California Public Utilities Commission, including proceedings on demand response. Prior to joining the ISO, Mr. Di Capo served as Deputy General Counsel for the California Power Authority. Having both a public practice and private practice background, Mr. Di Capo has more than twenty-five years of experience in varied areas of civil law, including major real estate and commercial business sale, lease and lending transactions, and complex litigation experience. He received his J.D. from UC Davis School of Law in 1986.
